    I work with individual adults, children and families helping them develop healthy, growing relationships with one another, addressing blockages in family dynamics and helping individuals deal with relationship problems, as well as depression and anxiety. I utilize mindful self reflection and facilitate inner growth through reparative interpersonal experience and respectful collaboration in the safety of a therapeutic setting. Together we will learn new tools for positive conflict resolution, effective communication and expand the capacity of human relatedness. I focus on helping clients find deeper meaning and inspiration in their unique journey through life.

    Fluency in multiple different languages and the experience of living in various countries throughout my life, has given me a unique sensitivity to cultural diversity and capacity to relate to people's experiences in open and creative ways, nurturing imagination and freedom in discovering ones path free of judgment and precondition is a joyful journey I feel honored to take along with my clients.

    I have specific knowledge of family issues involved in divorce and family law. I provide unique tools to parents who struggle with the pain of separation while addressing the needs of their children.

    I also work with individuals with early history of trauma, facilitating the process of healing and integration. Level one EMDR trained as well as training in substance abuse and intervention and hypnotherapy.
